Less Stress. More Headspace.

Reducing overwhelm without lowering your standards

RECording now available

Have you ever noticed that even when work is going well, you don’t quite feel at ease? You’re on top of things, but your head is full, your body is tense, and switching off feels harder than it should.

When being "on top of things" starts to feel exhausting

You’re good at what you do. You’re trusted. You notice what needs doing and you step in before things wobble.

From the outside, it looks like competence. From the inside, it can feel like pressure that never quite switches off.

Your to-do list is on constant replay in your head. The inbox carries a hum of tension. Sunday evenings come with a familiar sense of dread as you mentally rehearse everything you need to stay on top of. Even when things are going well, it feels hard to fully exhale.

You might tell yourself this is just part of working at this level. That you should be able to handle it. That everyone else seems to manage.

But something in you knows this isn’t sustainable.

This webinar is for the moment when you realise that the way you’ve been coping is quietly costing you more than you want to keep paying.

Why This Matters

Overwhelm doesn’t always come from too much work. Often, it comes from how much you are holding.

The extra responsibility you take on because it feels easier than saying no. The emotional labour of keeping things smooth, calm, and on track. The constant context-switching and mental monitoring that never quite stops.

When this becomes your default, capacity leaks in ways that are hard to see but deeply felt:

  • Your head feels full even when your diary looks manageable
  • Decision-making gets noisier and more draining
  • Resentment or frustration creeps in, even when you care deeply about your work
  • You stay functional, but less present and less yourself

This isn’t a personal failing. It’s a pattern that develops in capable, conscientious women, especially in high-pressure environments.

And it can be changed.

What we’ll explore together

This is not a webinar about doing less, lowering your standards, or opting out. It’s about learning how to lead yourself in a way that creates headspace, not just output.

Together we’ll explore:

Who this is for

This session is for professional women who want to feel more in charge of how they work, not just what they deliver. You might be someone who:

  • Is competent, capable, and trusted, but feels more stretched than you want to admit
  • Finds yourself saying yes too often, then dealing with the consequences later
  • Feels mentally overloaded even when you’re technically “doing fine”
  • Wants more space, clarity, and calm without losing momentum or ambition

You don’t need fixing. You don’t need another productivity tool.  You need a way to work that doesn’t cost you yourself.

About Jen

I’m Jen Goddard, a former actuary turned leadership coach. After 18 years in financial services, I know firsthand what it’s like to be capable, respected, and also to feel over-extended, exhausted and overwhelmed under the surface.

Through Soulfire Coaching, I work with high-achieving women to build true confidence, self-trust, and sustainable leadership by integrating emotional mastery with strategic clarity.

This work isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning to lead yourself in a way that feels steady, grounded, and genuinely supportive of the life you want to live.

Less stress doesn’t come from trying harder to stay on top of everything. It comes from learning how to hold responsibility without absorbing it.

Join me for Less Stress, More Headspace, and explore a calmer, clearer way of working that still honours your standards and ambition.
