As a child I adored the summer holidays. Long days with not much to do, reading books, playing outside. It always felt like those 6 weeks went on forever.

Fast forward to adulthood and the summer started to feel less exciting!
Which of these do you recognise for yourself?
- How often it feels like the sun shines while you’re stuck working but disappears as soon as you have some time off;
- Dreading the summer holidays juggle of dealing with work plus kids being off school. Either you have them underfoot or you keep having to deliver them to clubs or playdates;
- Feeling guilty that you’re working and not spending the whole time with your family;
- Looking forward to that holiday away in the sun but stressed by the need to get EVERYTHING done before you can escape. And worried that you’re still going to have colleagues chasing you for answers while you’re away;
- Knowing that before you know it September will be creeping in and it’s all downhill to Christmas;
- Wanting to make the most of the warmth and sunshine but just feeling like there’s no space for you in amongst all the other demands life throws at you;
If any (or all!) of these feel familiar then I want you to know you’re not alone. And I want you to know…
…it doesn’t have to be like this.

What if instead you could have fun while the sun shines?
What if instead you could be guilt-free, boundaried and enjoying your summer?
What if you could thrive instead of survive through these busy summer weeks?
In my next webinar on Thursday 6th July we are going to be exploring how have just that. In this one hour webinar you will:
1. Get clear on what matters to you this summer so you can prioritise not firefight;
2. Learn how to confidently set boundaries so you can set your out of the office and really mean it;
3. The importance of true replenishment and how to make sure you get your needs met too;
4. Clear approaches to manage the juggle of it all so you can truly thrive.
Summer doesn’t need to be stressful.
